【TRAVEL BLACKLIST】ARE YOU BANNED FROM TRAVELING?

Did you know you could be barred from travelling overseas if you are criminal, a bankrupt, or default on tax, PTPTN, MARA and some other loan payments?

To save you all the embarrassment and troubles at the airport, Immigration Department of Malaysia has created a website where Malaysian could check their immigration control status online prior to planning or making any oversea trips. 

Check Blacklist from Income Tax (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia)

1. Visit http://sspi2.imi.gov.my/(Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia)

2. Enter your IC number in the text field.

3. Click the “Semak” (Check) button.

4. View your status.

If you are not barred from leaving the country, the status will appear as “Tiada Halangan” (No Restriction).

An alternative method to check your immigration status and to find out which government agency has issued the blacklist order is by calling the 1Malaysia One Call Centre (1MOCC) at 03-8880 1000.
